Create and access your account
Accept an invitation, establish the account and enter the correct organisation without sign-in loops.
Use the invitation
Registration is controlled during testing. Use the invitation and primary work email supplied to your organisation rather than creating parallel accounts.
Sign in without losing context
- Open Obedience CloudStart from the canonical cloud address or the product sign-in route you were given.
- Complete identity checksUse your own sign-in method and any required second factor.
- Select the organisationConfirm the active workspace before following a link into QuantifyQS.
- Return onceIf product synchronisation is needed, allow the signed redirect to complete instead of refreshing repeatedly.
If access fails
Do not create a second account to work around a missing organisation. Ask an organisation owner or support to check the invitation and active membership.
