What the ClientID is
The ClientID is an eight-digit checked customer reference attached to the organisation. It is separate from Clerk, database and deployment identifiers and remains stable for the account lifecycle.
Where to use it
- Include it when raising a support request about the organisation.
- Use the masked form where a billing surface does not require the full reference.
- Download the no-store text export only for an approved account record.
